Defective Items
If the item we send you has something wrong with it send us an email along with a photo, explanation of the problem and your order number to international@graniph.com - we'll make things right. Easy!
Returns and Exchanges
In general returns for size exchanges or refunds are not accepted.
Items bought at retail
Due to logistics and inventory management, all exchanges (IF ELIGIBLE) must be handled by the store from which you bought it.
ie. Items bought at a retail store can not be exchanged online or vice versa.
Also items bought while traveling abroad can not be exchanged at your local graniph store or online.
