Nagai Kentaro (Graflex Directions)
Graduated from Tokyo Zokei University. Founded Graflex Directions after leaving Tycoon Graphics. Awards include: 87th NY ADC SILVER, ADC Yearbook、JAGDA Yearbook、Japan Media Arts Festival、NY ADC Yearbook. JAGDA and NY ADC member.
The third installment of my "PEACE TOGETGETHER FOR PEACE" - 'War and Peace' - "in riding out this once in a lifetime economic crisis in which direction will humanity choose to head?"
The motif of this T-shirt - "War Skull" expresses concern at the future of the human race - "Will humans once again plunge the world into a catastrophic war?"





MAGNETISM
Magnetism, working out of Tokyo is active in the graphic, drawing and illustration fields. In addition to creating on the web as Magnetism since 2003 this designer designed for the Tokyo Collection affiliated apparel brand "tokyo ripper" and also worked in interior design.
Currently working as a magazine editor.

Idea Oshima
Born 1968 in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. Graduated in design from Tokyo Zokei University. Working in a range of fields - film and exhibition graphics, fashion catalogues and book design.
The brilliant colours of the condensers in an electronics shop in Akihabara catch my eye.
The usefulness of electronic parts like this is far from my realm of understanding but lining them up they resemble a microbe.
This design looks at the electronic parts that make up hardware from an organic perspective.

Working in a wide range of fields: CD jacket/package design, art direction and design of sales promotion for the Miraikan, collaboration with apparel brands, logo design, television commercials, visuals for movies, image production.

Japan - where all types of information come together.
Things appear and disappear in quick succession - while living in Tokyo it is possible to sample the culture of countries from around the globe. Defining 'Japanese Culture' as the interpretation of foreign countries' cultures in a Japanese way we've expressed this idea in the form of a meal!

Yamamoto Kazuhisa Tama Art University。Working the concept of mimimalist expression to great effect Yamamoto Kazuhisa is active in a wide range of fields from CI, to editorial work, through to web design and much more! Recent projects include art direction for the Ikejiri Institute of Design. Received a Gold Award at the Graphis (NY) Poster Annual Award 08/09 for 'PICTOLOGY', a visualization of environmental problems through pictograms.
