The situation in Japan

We are sure that you have all heard about the situation in Japan.

Being a Japanese owned and operated company, headquartered in central Tokyo and with stores in the affected region we have all been personally affected by what has happened. Our hearts are with those less fortunate.

We are sending you this email in response to the messages of support and concern from our customers, collaborators and friends around the world.

(1) Our online store is operating normally. Ordering, processing, shipping and customer service are all running 100%. No worries.

(2) Our t-shirts are not manufactured or stored in any affected areas. They do not contain abnormal, or dangerous levels of radiation. No worries.

(3) During the week immediately after the earthquake our general operations were disrupted, and our regular releases were delayed. In the coming weeks we will be catching up. Expect a lot of great new designs.

There is horrific destruction all over the world, every day. People are suffering just as much, in various ways, in every country. What is happening in Japan is one more example - all the more striking for occurring in a rich, aging country.

Whether you want to contribute to the relief efforts in Japan, spend your time and money helping out other unrelated causes, or buy some t-shirts from us is up to you, of course. We just wanted to let you know that we are open for business, and looking forward to sending some more Japanese design vigor your way.
