Sachio Kawasaki
Born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1982 Sachio Kawasaki left for London to study textile design at the Chelsea College of Art & Design at age 20.
During his time at the college he worked as a knitwear design assistant at Balenciaga in Paris, which led him to continue his education at Central Sait Martins College of Art & Design with an MA in knitwear. His graduate collection was exhibited at London Fashion Week and featured in high profile media such as VOGUE, Another Magazine, Surface Magazine.
2008 saw him return to Japan to set up his own company 'BULBOUS Co. Ltd.' and label 'SACHIO KAWASAKI'. In 2009 he presented his first A/W collection at Japan Fashion Week and began worldwide distribution.

Kaori Yamada was born in Amagasaki in 1974 and studied fashion design at Kyoto University of Art and Design. In 1998 she founded the fashion brand QFD and opened stores in Harajuku, Osaka and Minamihorie. She has designed clothes for fashion shoots, commercials and famous celebrities including Rosa Kato, Afrirampo and Kaela Kimura.

Following a collaboration with master typographer Emil Ruder, the Japanese Design Tshirts Store graniph once again draws on the work of a giant of Swiss graphic design - Josef Muller-Brockmann - to produce a seriers of six distinctive T-shirts.

"Josef Muller-Brockmann Profile"
Born in Rapperswil, Switzerland, Josef Muller-Brockmann (1914- 1996) was a hugely influential graphic designer and teacher. He studied architecture, design and art history at the Zurich School of Applied Arts before setting up his own studio in Zurich specializing in graphic design, exhibition design and photography.
In 1958 he became a founding editior of the journal ‘New Graphic Design' and in 1966 he was appointed European design consultant to IBM. He authored many influential books on graphic design including ‘Grid Systems in Graphic Design',‘History of the Poster’ and ‘A History of Visual Communication'.
His work is characterized by its simple designs and clean use of typography, shapes, and colors which continue to influence graphic designers around the globe.

November 22, 2010 (Monday). 10 missiles devastate Japan, claiming no victims. This apparent terrorist act is referred to as "Careless Monday" and disregarded by most people. The series begins three months later, with a young Japanese woman named Saki Morimi visiting Washington D.C. as part of her graduation trip. When she gets into trouble, a mysterious Japanese man, who introduces himself as Akira Takizawa, helps her through it. The man appears to have no memory and is completely naked, carrying only a gun and a cell phone charged with 8.2 billion yen in digital money. The cell phone has the phrase, noblesse oblige ("nobility obligates" or "noble's obligation" in English), printed on it. While they are coming back to Japan, they learn that a new missile attack has taken place in their country......

For the first time in Japan - Gauguin's testament painting: "Where Do We
Come from? What Are We? Where Are We Going? " on loan from the Museum of
Fine Arts, Boston. The Nagoya exhibition includes 40 other major works
