New Artist - James Gulliver Hancock
Originally from Australia, James Gulliver Hancock has been involved in artist projects and residencies in Indonesia, Austria, France, the U.K. and America. He now resides in Los Angeles and works on a wide range of projects including editorial illustration for magazines, commissions for music group artwork and animations, working with intellectually disabled children on logo designs, gigantic set illustrations for performances, animations for TV, as well as his own personal projects. Czech Picture Books, an Exhibition × graniph collaboration Tshirts
Nostalgic hand-made feel and elegant design - that's what has made Czech picture books so popular. 'Czech Picture Books, and Exhibition' presents works from legendary Czech masters Čapek and Trnka right through to the vanguard of modern Czech creators.

Baobab, a company focused on the creation and publication of picture books for children, was founded in 2000 by the husband and wife team of Juraj Horváth (professor of illustration and graphic design, Prague University of Art) and picture book author Tereza Říčanová. Being highly regarded as the flag-bearers of the new generation of picture book makers, they have collaborated with a wide variety of Czech creators and received numerous awards from the Czech Ministry of Culture sponsored "Most Beautiful Czech Books". Their book "Aoi Tora" (The Blue Tiger) is published in Japan by Kyuryudo.
