Now in it's third year, the graniph Design Award is a global design competition which is open to everyone regardless of age, location or experience. In the previous two competitions we received an amazing 30,000 designs from all over the world, uncovered a range of new talent and ultimately introduced this talent to the world on some great T-Shirts.

Akari Inoguchi is a graphic designer and visual artist working in a diverse range of media. She contributes illustrations to fashion magazines, television commercials, product packages and labels, t-shirts, and textile designs. Akari also produces paintings, drawings, digital prints, and murals, and has participated in numerous shows in the U.S. and Japan.

My Little Drama is the result of a collaboration between product designer Eva Schildt and illustrator Maja Sten. They met in 1978 drawing sad puppies at Ballongen kindergarden. Some 25 years later, after doing this and that, they ended up doing jewellery together. The collection consists of a number of motives that all have their own unique character. Some are vain, some are cheeky and others live their lives on a string.

Marian Bantjes is a Canadian designer, artist, illustrator, typographer and writer who lives and works internationally from her base on Bowen Island Vancouver. In 2005 Bantjes was named one of 25 up-and-coming Designers to Watch (STEP Magazine, January 2005). Bantjes' clients include Pentagram, Stefan Sagmeister, Saks Fifth Avenue, WIRED, The Guardian (UK) and The New York Times, among others.

Walter Newton was born in 1981 in Glasgow. He remained there for the next 21 years, attending the Glasgow School of Art before being lured to the bright lights of London and the Royal College of Art. Five years later he moved to Birmingham, where he still lives, drawing pictures and creating animation.
