First-time customers	When you place an order for the first time, your customer information will be stored in our system, and you will be registered as a shopping member. Membership is free. Once registered, you'l be able to shop again quickly and conveniently by entering your e-mail address and password.

Ordering procedures

After finding the merchandise you would like to purchase, please check the size and click on "add to cart."
You can change the quantity or remove items from the "Shopping Cart." If you take no action with your browser for thirty minutes, all items will be automatically removed from your shopping cart.
To continue shopping click "Shopping." To calculate your total and proceed to checkout, click "Check out."
If you have already registered, you do not need to re-enter your delivery address and other details. Simply enter your e-mail address and password in the form to the left.
After confirming the contents of your order and clicking "Order," please enter your credit card information and the order will be completed.
First-time customers, after entering your mail address in the form to the right and clicking "Check out," you will need to enter your delivery address and other information.
After confirming the contents of your order on the next page and clicking "Order," please enter your credit card information and the order will be completed.
Please understand that we do not accept telephone or fax orders.

Order confirmation

A few minutes after you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your order number.
You can always check your recent purchase history on "My Page".
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please inquire here before reordering.
Once you have made your order it can not be changed or canceled, so please check the design, size, and other things carefully.
Furthermore, please understand that some high demand items may sell out, and we may not be able to ship your order. In such cases we will inform you by e-mail.

About "My Page"

You will be able to use "My Page" after registering.
You can go to "My Page" by clicking on the "My Page" button in the lower right menu of the top page. You may then log in by entering your e-mail address and password.
Use "My Page" to check your order history, change your password, address, and other registration information.
If you forget your login password, click on "Did you forget your password? Click here." After verifying your identity, an e-mail to restore your password will be sent.

Payment

You can pay by VISA, MasterCard or by PayPal.
*Maximum amount per order is limited to 50,000JPY

About point service	We do not provide point service for orders made on our overseas website.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders of 10,000 JPY and over.
Orders under 10,000 shipped for 1,000 JPY.

Goods will be sent by postal EMS (expedited mail). Please allow one to two weeks for delivery depending on region. After your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the package tracking number.

If your package is undeliverable because (1) there are errors in the customer supplied delivery address, and/or (2) the package is not accepted within the delivery period and is returned, we are not able to resend the package.
Shipping fees apply to all shipping to all countries that we ship to (seebelow for details).

*At present, we are only able to ship to countries included in the list below. Countries not on the list are excluded because they are outside of the areas we can offer free shipping to. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working on expanding our service.

Return policy

It is not possible to exchange items if you have ordered the wrong size. Before ordering, please check the size and design of each item.
If the items you receive are defective, or differ from your order we will refund your payment or send you a replacement item.
